The world's best pancakes with a little beer, cardamom and vanilla. Perfect with sugar and jam.

Thin pancakes with vanilla and beer
Ingredients
4pers
300gWheat flour
1tbsp.Sugar
1tsp.Salt
2pcs.Eggs
1dlBeer, lager, alc. 2.6 % by vol.
3tbsp.Oil
4.5dlMilk
1tbsp.Vanilla sugar
Ground cardamom, pinch
Instructions
1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix flour, sugar, salt, cardamom and vanilla sugar in a large bowl.
2
Mix in eggs and beer
Add eggs and mix the dough with an electric whisk with the hook attachment. The dough should resemble coarse crumbs. Add the beer and mix some more.
3
Add milk and oil
Add all the oil. Add the milk a little at the time. Mix with dough hooks to get an even and thick dough, without lumps. Keep mixing until the dough becomes thick and smooth. Continue to add the milk, so you end up with a thin and quite runny batter. At this point you can switch to the wisk attachment on the electric mixer.
4
Fry the pancakes
Fry the pancakes in butter. Use about one teaspoon butter per pancake. If you use more butter, the pancake will be more soft. If the batter is a little too thick then add a little more milk.
