Heat the butter in a pan at 190°C until it melts. Once the butter has melted, add the seasoned pork chops to the pan. Fry the chops for about 1½ minutes on the first side. Then, flip them over and fry for an additional 1 minute on the second side. If desired, you can turn the chops more frequently, ensuring they cook evenly, as long as they are cooked for a total of 2½ minutes.
