Potato salad is the perfect accompaniment to summer barbecues and tastes even better when made with new potatoes. Although potato salad can easily be made and enjoyed all year round. 2tbsp.Mayonnaise
2tbsp.Mustard
1tsp.Sugar

Cook the potatoes

Scrub the potatoes well. Place the potatoes, water and salt in a pot. Click on the linked recipe and use the cooking program that suits the size of your potatoes. Once the potatoes are cooked, add cold water and let them cool completely.

Make the dressing

Rinse and chop the chives. Finely chop half of a red onion. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, red onion and half of the chives in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the potato salad

Cut the cold potatoes into chunky pieces. Rinse and cut the radishes into slices. Combine the potatoes and half of the radishes in a bowl and mix it with the dressing. Sprinkle the potato salad with the remaining radishes and chives.

Tips for this recipe

If it suits you better, you can easily cook the potatoes the day before. Store them in the fridge until you're ready to make the salad.
