Marinated Chicken
450gChicken
1.25dlPlain yoghurt
1tbsp.Lemon juice
1tsp.Ground turmeric
2tsp.Garam masala
0.5tsp.Chili powder
1tsp.Ground cumin
1tbsp.Fresh ginger
2pcs.Garlic cloves
Sauce
4pcs.Tomato
1pcs.Red onion
4pcs.Garlic cloves
2dlCream
1tbsp.Garam masala
1tsp.Ground turmeric
1tsp.Ground cumin
1tbsp.Fresh coriander
1tsp.Chili powder
1tbsp.Sugar
Salt, as needed
Rice

5dlWater

Instructions

Marinade chicken (3+ hours or the day before)
Dice the chicken in bite-size pieces, and mix all ingrediens. Cover bowl and put in fridge overnight or at least 3 hours before needed.

Cook rice
Rinse rice and cook it. Continue to next steps while rice is cooking.

Cook chicken
Airfry or cook the chicken in a convection oven for approx 10-15 minutes. Continue to next step (the sauce) while chicken is cooking.

Make sauce
1. Roughly chop onions and tomatoes - set aside. 2. Add oil and butter to pan. Heat to 165. 3. Add onions, spices and garlic. Fry for a couple of minutes. 4. Add tomatoes and stir. Fry until tender. 5. Pour mixture into blender, add a splash of water (or chicken juices) and blend until smooth. 6. Add pack to saucepan, along with the chicken. 7. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with naan bread
