Blood sausage, or black pudding as it is known in Britain, might be a bit of an acquired taste and not for everyone. But if you have never tried it, you should give it a go. The sausage just needs to be fried a bit and then it can be served as it is. Or try it with butter, cinnamon sugar, and syrup on top - it might sound weird, but it is delicious.

1pcs.Black pudding, (blood sausage)
To Serve
Cinnamon sugar, to taste
Maple syrup, to taste
Butter, to taste
Instructions

Fry the blood sausage
Cut the sausage into about 1 cm thick slices. Heat the pan to 180 °C and fry for about 1 minute on each side. You do not need to add any fat to the pan.

To serve
Place 3 slices on a plate and sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar and pour a little maple syrup on top. If you like, you can add some butter to melt on top.
