Blood sausage, or black pudding as it is known in Britain, might be a bit of an acquired taste and not for everyone. But if you have never tried it, you should give it a go. The sausage just needs to be fried a bit and then it can be served as it is. Or try it with butter, cinnamon sugar, and syrup on top - it might sound weird, but it is delicious.

Ingredients

4pers

Blood Sausage

1pcs.Black pudding, (blood sausage)

To Serve

Cinnamon sugar, to taste
Maple syrup, to taste

Place 3 slices on a plate and sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar and pour a little maple syrup on top. If you like, you can add some butter to melt on top.
